Welcome to the

West Park Terrace Block Club (WPTBC)!

Over 40 years ago, Ann Jackson laid the foundation for what would become the heart of our neighborhood—the West Park Terrace Block Club. What began as simple monthly gatherings soon blossomed into a powerful force for change. From sidewalk repairs to securing inclusion in the LAX sound insulation program and more, they took meaningful steps towards strengthening and uplifting our community.

Today, we proudly carry that legacy forward. By uniting around the needs of West Park Terrace, we support one another, face challenges together, and work to shape a neighborhood defined by safety, beauty, and connection.

Our Mission

We’re here to connect, support, and empower our neighbors. Whether it’s improving our community, keeping our neighborhood safe, or simply getting to know each other better, we’re all about building strong bonds and making West Park Terrace a place where everyone feels at home.

What We Do

At WPTBC, here’s how we make a difference:

  • Beautification: Working together to transform our physical environment.

  • Community Events: Bringing people together for fun, friendship, and fostering a shared sense of purpose.

  • Advocacy & Collaboration: Working with businesses, organizations, and government to address community needs.

  • Supporting Entrepreneurs: Encouraging small businesses and new ideas that help support our neighborhood.

  • Safety First: Partnering with neighbors and law enforcement to keep our streets secure.

  • Resource Connection: Finding and securing helpful programs, funding, and services to uplift our community.
